Welcome to EarthlyNature. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
Use of Our Site
You may use our website to learn about our products, request wholesale quotes, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Product Information
We make every effort to describe our products, materials, and certifications accurately. Certification status (such as BPI or CMA compostability certification) reflects information provided by our manufacturing partners at the time of publication. While we require certification and FDA food-contact documentation as part of our supplier approval process, we encourage institutional buyers to request current documentation directly for procurement or compliance purposes.
Wholesale Quotes and Orders
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or acceptance of an order. Quotes are estimates and subject to confirmation. Final pricing, minimum order quantities, and lead times will be confirmed directly with you before any order is placed.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of EarthlyNature unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarthlyNature is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond the amount paid for the applicable product.
Third-Party Links
Our site may reference or link to third-party certifying bodies or resources. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of external websites.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
